Timothy J Bauer

My visit to Timothy Bauer's office was probably the worst doctor's visit I've ever had. I went to his office with serious concerns about vision problems that are continuously getting worse, and he barely listened to me. I felt as if I was treated in a highly unprofessional manner by him and his staff, and when I tried to explain multiple times my concerns about my vision, he was dismissive and kept repeating information I already knew. He joked around with his staff about taking pictures of my eyes with a "machine that barely works" and "keeps breaking" and then charged me over $200 for the experience (his teenage receptionists failed to let me know before the appointment when I handed them my card that they did not accept my insurance). Honestly I was shocked and very upset at having to pay so much money for such bad service by someone who should be a "doctor". There are other optometrists in the area and I highly recommend seeing someone else.
