RUDE MANAGER ANN MARIE POST! This woman is in the wrong profession. Her rude comments and demeanor towards customers is uncalled for. We feel so sorry for the staff. I don't know how she is still in business. There are plenty of optical places that respects their customers, and Franhill Optics Ocho LLC is not one of them. Horrible!
