Avoid EPIC vision. EPIC vision is operated by people who used to operate oil change and lube center franchises and it shows. They are mainly concerned with getting people in and out and making the maximum amount of profit. Customer service comes last at EPIC vision. It is sad to see the people at EPIC vision are now buying up good local eye Doctor offices in the Kansas City and ruining them. If your eye Doctor is bought out by EPCI Vision it is time to move on. If you need some detailed work done or special needs find a smaller office where the optometrist is in charge and can make you happy. if you do not have special needs simply go to any discount eye center (most eye tests are now done automatically by machines these days) get your prescription and buy your glasses or contact online. Avoid EPIC vision or you will be sorry. EPIC charges top Dollar and have the worst customer service people I have ever dealt with. EPIC VISION IS AN EPIC FAIL
