Dr. Stacy Coen, Llc

DO NOT USE STACY COEN! Stacy Coen is unprofessional and she lacks basic compassion. Her office staff do not return phone calls and are unwilling to help. Reviewers on other sites describe similar experiences. Ms. Coen is unwilling to provide any service that she is not directly paid for. I recently lost my glasses and needed an extension on my prescription which had just expired the previous month. I was told by Warby Parker that such extensions are routinely provided by prescribers to clients in similar situations. Stacy Coen refused to provide the extension even though do so would have involved nothing more than her staff taking a brief call from Warby Parker verifying the extension. I called two of my previous prescribers and both said they give extensions in circumstances like mine. I have a strong prescription and without my glasses I am unable to function. Stacy Coen’s refusal to provide such a minimal amount of assistance is inexplicable.
