I called Dr. Wilkes office to ask if they take my insurance, and his receptionist was too put out to even look it up. She was not knowledgeable of the types of insurance they even take. I was so frustrated with her attitude I hung up. Please go to someone who has the time to type in her computer or even ask someone if they take your insurance before you bother to call this women, who cannot be bothered in the first place! I would not go here or call here again. You lost my business!
