Dr. Robert B Austin

Initial visit: I was impressed with how smoothly run Dr. Austin's office was with only three professionals on staff. Dr. Austin was very personable. He demonstrated an interest in getting to know me. He asked about family medical history as well as pertinant personal medical history. During the eye exam, he noted my pupils were not perfectly shaped. He asked if my previous eye doctor had ever mentioned it. He had not. Dr. Austin had pictures taken of each eye. He took the time to explain (in laymen's terms) what we were looking at in the pictures. No worries. In summary, it is a small practice that gives one a sense of a friendly, thorough, and professional conduct.
