Dr Williams is fine, but his office staff are complete morons. The only thing we can count on is them screwing up at every possible opportunity. Its almost comical how bad it is. I will be making my third request for our records today. Every other time I have been in, there is someone else in the office upset about something too. DO NOT order your glasses or contacts from this office unless you are looking for a consistently frustrating experience.
