I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Dr. Wilcox was troubling—especially compared to a follow-up I had days later. The front desk and tech staff were wonderful, but Dr. Wilcox was dismissive, unprofessional, and made inappropriate jokes and crude comments. He barely reviewed my scans, rushed the exam, and ignored key health concerns. A second optometrist (virtual!) identified a cataract, an eye freckle needing monitoring, and the need for UV protection—none of which Dr. Wilcox mentioned. His prescription also left out a significant astigmatism correction. I came for care and left feeling belittled. I wouldn’t trust him with my vision again. The staff is excellent, but I do not recommend Dr. Wilcox.
