My experience and service with Matthew Bronge was the worst I have had with an Optometrist. His prescription for my eye glasses was not correct. My Insurance Company told me to have him do a reexamination since they had already paid him for that visit. When I saw him and told him his prescription was wrong and needed corrected he would not take responsibility for the mistake. He was offended and didn't give me a complete exam. I was also charged for that appointment which I should not have been since I was there due to a mistake he made on the original exam which he was paid for. I am filing a complaint with my Insurance Company and the BBB. Do not waste your time or money seeing Matthew Bronge he doesn't stand behind his services.
