Dr. Prediger is very nice and accomodating. But, he has to be losing business from his office staff. They are both very rude. I hope he is reading these various rating sights. He needs new staff who are friendly and have some customer service skills. Barb - who answers the phone and makes appointments is rude to anyone who walks through the door or who calls on the phone. Maybe the doctor is too busy to notice, but wow, just waiting to be seen by the doctor, I witnessed her give a lashing not only to me, but to about 5 other patients either in person or by phone. If his office wasn't adjacent to Visionworks, I wouldn't go there!! Too bad.
