Dr Henry G. Covetta, Co (New Vision Eye Care)

The doctor is very good, the staff however is absolutely horrific. They are so unprofessional I find it difficult to think they keep any customers coming back. The Mexican lady that appears to be in charge is so worried about making herself the center of attention, that she cares little about her customers. Frankly, I did not appreciate the way she acted with my husband at all, extremely unprofessional. The other lady that took the measurements and wrote up my husbands order said she had been doing the job for twenty years, something I found hard to believe, since it took her forever to write up his order. To measure for his bifocal, she had to draw lines all over the lenses twice in order to get it right. I decided at that point, we were better off to go somewhere else and that even going to a lens crafters would be better than what they were doing for us. The doctor is good, but unfortunately because of the staff, we will never go back.
