We would not go back to Sears Optical. The woman that waited on me was condescending and was clearing there just to make a sale. She had 5 frames picked out when I got back from telling my wife that Sears had assured me they could get my glasses covered. The frames she picked out were the most expensive they had (because there was a sale on). She added things I said I did not want. Ended up paying $356 after the discount of 60%. Terrible. Medicare has said they will not reimburse for the glasses because Sears is not a provider. I got the glasses in May and have been back to the store twice for help with the Medicare paperwork. Still being refused by Medicare. If you are going to the Coeur d Alene Optical Center...beware!
